The Team
Coach | Kate
Kate got her bachelors degree in Health Education from Illinois State University & started working in corporate fitness in downtown Chicago. In 2018 she moved to California where KBF was born!
She loves spending time outside in the sun and hanging out with friends either getting coffee or skinny margs. She also loves cuddling with her fur babies Bella & Row watching Netflix.
Kate is a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Level 1 Nutrition Coach
Coach | Becca
Becca studied health education and promotion at University of Illinois. She worked with Kate at her first job out of college doing corporate fitness. After 4 years in the fitness world, she went into medical weight loss for 3 years. Now she's combining her interests into whole health coaching. Becca lives in Illinois with her husband Dan and dog Henry!
Becca is a Certified Personal Trainer & Certified level 1 Nutrition Coach
RD | Courtney
Courtney Studied Dietetics at Illinois State University and got her Masters at Rush University. She currently is an outpatient dietician at the University of Chicago Medical Center. She came on at KBF in summer of 2020 and gives bi-weekly zoom calls about various topics and answers any client questions. She also consults on any medical issues related to diet.
Courtney specializes in adult gastroenterology
NP | Brett
Brett got her bachelors from University of Illinois and received her masters of nursing from Vanderbilt University. Before going back to school, Brett studied and taught yoga & bodywork. She loves all things integrative medicine related and enjoys teaching women so they can better understand their bodies, hormones, and individual needs.
Brett is dual board certified in both women’s health and in adult-gerontology primary care.

This video shows what the client sees in their app when they are getting ready to start their workout for the day! It takes them through the whole workout from start to finish. Shows how many reps to shoot for and how many rounds to do of each set or circuit. Every workout you record your reps and weight (if used) and you can see your progression from start to end of each program! If you are unsure of a certain move, there are videos showing you exactly how to preform them!
